Calculates for the weights of the metals of a two component metal alloy. The required values
are weight and volume of the alloy and the densities of the pure metals. The trick here is to
get the volume of the alloy. More often than not we have to get the volume of an irregularly
shaped solid. This can be done by using the Archimedes Density Principle. The volume of water displaced is
equal to the volume of the object submerged in the water. This calculator was meant for laboratory scale
calculations. Weight is in grams, volume is in milliliters, density is in gram/milliliter. An
assumption is made in the calculations that volumes of the elements are additive.
